Horrible!! My phone interview was at 2pm EST, which is 1pm my time, at 1:30 I emailed to ask if she meant 2 pm CST?, she responded back saying no its PST which is 4 pm my time, big difference. At 4:30 I emailed again to ask if I got the day wrong, at 5:00 she replied no she'll call in a few. When she called at 5:15 she apologized for being"a few" minutes late! She was an hour and 15 min late, unless you go back to the original time she said then its 4 hrs and 15 late. She waited for me to speak, normally in an interview they ask the questions! Finally she got around to asking me typical interview questions.
