Phone "Interview" (not a interview, they call you take your personality survey) with recruiter. You would expect they would ask you about your past experience, and normal interview questions. Not this company. I think company does not have enough money to invest on third party for personality survey. That is why recruiter will call you and waste your 40 mins by asking you survey questions.

one of the questions was "so your friend complain about their job, what would you do..." something like this. How in the hell this will give me opportunity to explain my experience, and skills.
And they sent me email, "Thank you for taking the time to speak to us about the open position here at Helget Gas." If anyone from that company reading this, then i would like to let them know Sir/Madam no we did not discuss anything about open position!! I received phone from recruiter all she said was ," ok i will ask you questions, that I can not explain question", and started asking stupid questions, most the time she was speaking so fast i could not understand her. So long story short, they need to invest on survey company and do that online rather than on phone. If you are someone schedule to phone interview, just be ready to waste your 40 mins.

I applied for the position of Accounting Specialist this morning around 11:45. About 11:57 I get an email stating next steps for completing the Predictive Index assessment. I click on the link and it states that I had already done this assessment, probably from the last time I had applied to the company,

I didn't even get an interview. I got my Dear John email telling me that they are pursuing other candidates that better fit the business needs......WHAT?!?! I have an A/S in Accounting and a B/S in Financial Forensics and I don't fit the business needs?!?!?!
