Phone screen with a senior employee --> writing sample exercise based on a topic provided by Helios HR --> in-person interview with a prepared presentation (presentation based on one of their archived blog posts)
Interview started with a general screening interview, call with another consultant about their experiences, scenario written test with a case study, interviews with hiring managers, overall, long process with days in between steps.
