The interview process was disorganised and very unprofessional. The first round involved a case study, followed by a second round with basic questions. The interviewer seemed disengaged and kept on working during the interview whilst he was asking dumb questions. The final round with HR and the team leader was poorly managed; HR was late and avoided salary discussions at all cost (which says enough), while the team leader was 30 minutes late as well, creating an awkward atmosphere.
Despite promising feedback within the agreed time horizon, they never followed up. Repeated calls were ignored, and when finally reached, they admitted no decision had been made and indicated it could take another few weeks. It seems like an environment that does not value its (potential) employees or uphold even basic professionalism. Never be fooled by their smiling faces because the moment you turn your back, they’re laughing at you. Would not recommend wasting a single minute here unless you're truly desperate.
