Initial recruiter call, aptitude and advanced numerical tests, interview. Interviewer didn't show up for first booked slot. Asked to re-book in a couple hours and got frustrated when I was unavailable 2 hours later. Not the best start. Went through 3 rounds invested several hours to receive 1 line of feedback. ''Unfortunately, we have decided to move forward with another candidate''. Requested feedback to understand where I can improve for future applications, nothing, followed up several times and received nothing. The experience has totally put me off applying as a future candidate or purchasing as a customer. Probably the most disrespectful application process I've been apart of.

A first phone call, and then first face-to-face interview in the London office to go through questions about work history, general background on my CV and some short case study style questions to discuss. Both interviews were with the Head of HR. The interview in the office was about 1 hour long. I found the behaviour bizarre, that he told me I did really well and there would be a second interview. He said he was excited to meet me as it felt like there was a good fit. He gave me instructions for the next round. I followed up when I did not hear from him and he never responded to any of my communications. I never heard from the company again.
