Phone screen with the Head of TA, which was very straightforward, followed by a live sourcing exercise. Given less than 5 minutes to read a job description before I had to take a hiring brief on it, where someone role played as a hiring manager. Then had to source the role on LinkedIn, create a shortlist of profiles before discussing my shortlist with 2 of the team, including the hiring manager. They were deliberately evasive when I tried to take the role brief, and extremely dismissive of every candidate shortlisted. Felt very pressurised and the whole time I was super anxious and stressed because I felt like I was essentially doing their jobs for them for no compensation. I interviewed in early November 2023, I still haven't heard back as of March 2024. Extremely unprofessional process - asking candidates to essentially work for free for 1.5-2 hours to shortlist them candidates for their live roles, then to hear nothing back after investing so much time is plain rude.

I had a first call with the person heading up talent, then a few weeks later had a live sourcing video call with two recruiters from the team. You come onto the call for 15 minutes, they give you a brief and then you go away and source for them for an hour and then come back onto the call to go through the pipeline of candidates you found. The interview was horrific, it felt like an interrogation rather than an interview. The interviewers kept looking at each other and laughing throughout, there wasn't any level professionalism kept throughout. The interview was for a Tech Talent Partner and neither of them were Tech focused, so when asking questions (which there were a lot of) they didn't even know the answers they were looking for. If you struggle with anxiety, then I wouldn't think about interviewing here,
