Received an email from the hiring manager after applying onilne. We set up a date and time for an interview. I first met with the hiring manager for about 45 minutes and we discussed my experience and the environment. I then met with upper management to discuss the overall health of the company. After about an hour or so I left. I received an email stating that the overall impression was positive and asking for my currently salary information. I provided it and they determined that my I was out of their pay range for the position.
