This has been one of the best interview processes I've experienced. There were three rounds of interviews, with the last round being a panel interview. Each interview was with a different member of the company. As you can imagine, the idea of having to interview with so many people could leave you feeling very intimidated, but with each interview, I could see that they were genuinely trying to get to know me and get a feel for whether or not I would be a good fit for the role and with the company. Everyone was very enthusiastic about what they do and it wasn't difficult to see how invested each person was in the company. By the time I finished the final interview, I found myself really wanting to be a part of this team even more so than when I first applied. From the start, the recruiter was already a good indicator for the type of company I was applying to. He was there every step of the way, always responded to any questions I had in a timely manner, and was always clear about the whole interview process. He even took the time to provide me with feedback from each interview, which was very helpful. He really went above and beyond and gave me confidence and allowed me to truly believe in myself.
