I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hellas On Line (Athens (Greece)).
1:1 Interview with HR (not purely technical staff present) - lasted less than an hour. Very basic skills test followed - nothing to worry about. Most important part of the interview had to do with personality questions and talk. Quite friendly environment. Pleasant experience in general.

Nothing too difficult in the skills test. Various personal questions were there to give away candidate's personality, mentality and culture in general - definitely required to match a 24x7 shifts call-centre environment in order to get the job.
