Colloquio
I went through about 5 interview stages.
First, I had a call with HR – they asked typical questions about my background and some behavioral questions like “why did you choose this company,” etc.
After that, I met with one of the managers, who asked both technical and scenario-based questions.
Then I had a meeting with the team – their questions were easier than I expected.
Later, I had an interview with one of the engineers, which was more collaboration-oriented.
Finally, I spoke with another manager in a leadership role, who asked more strategic questions.
Overall, the process was good. Each interview was scheduled quickly (usually the next morning), and they always informed me in advance who I would be meeting and what type of interview it would be.

The toughest question I was asked was a scenario-based one: “How would you implement ISO 27001 within 6 months?”
The manager also followed up by asking who I would hire for the project, which tools I would use, and how I would compensate for any gaps or nonconformities I found along the way.
