Initially started with the online application: tailored cover letter, CV & 3 questions related to the job role. Once this was accepted, an email was sent to organise a follow up phone interview, this was conducted quickly and then efficiently followed up by an arrangement to agree to a final face-to-face two part interview: cultural DNA fit & competence interview.
