It was the worst interview I've ever had. The review took more than three weeks, I was offered a time without having an option to pick, and there was no calendar invite which already created a bad impression, but it only got worse. The interviewer was late for the meeting and didn't have the camera on. They didn't read through my CV and kept on making statements on my behalf, which were factually incorrect. After every question, the interviewer summarised my answer, which usually helps to keep a track of a conversation, but it became obvious through this that the person simply didn't listen to my replies. The whole interview seemed like the interviewer wants it to get over with, and the questions were about numbers and very little about quality. It made an impression that the team is under-resourced and only cared about hitting some numerical targets imposed by the leadership. The questions were very basic and not personalised, it was a terrible candidate experience overall and felt like a waste of time.

Quite long, and in depth but also lots of interesting conversations. Multiple stages, people and quite a time commitment. However, I felt stimulated in the interviews and it was quite an organic conversation
