It took three weeks after the application to receive an invitation to interview. The actual interview was terrible. The interview cut me off in the middle of the interview. She gave no explanation and said that she didn't want to waste her time.
2 interviews with 2 different managers. More getting to know you and getting a feel for past experience. About 30 minutes each and also explaining what their team does and what role they would have you fill

Great! Super straight forward. 1 round - all behavioral. Why hello fresh was asked. Just know your resume and you’ll be good. Also, understand the good industry and what impacts it.

The process was very smooth. First interview with HR to see job match, previous experiences, and motivation. Second interview with hiring manager. Third step was a case test which resembles to everyday tasks. The last step was an interview/chat with someone even more senior than the hiring manager. The purpose of this chat was basically to check cultural fit.
