Colloquio
There are three main steps:
1- You do an offline assignment. They give one week for It. It included two tasks(First a pure logic code and the other a single view application), and they took around 9 hours for me.
2- A one-hour online interview with two senior Android developers.

In the technical interview, First, they ask you about the decisions you made in your tasks. Then one of them asks some questions about general Android development, mainly about App architecture and design patterns in use. There were no stupid questions that Google can answer better than all of us :) like what is an Activity lifecycle or a Content provider? And the other one primarily focuses on your communication skills, and you can work in a team.
3- A one-hour meeting with someone from the management team. Half of the interview session is questions about your old working experiences and your role in your former teams, And the other half, you can ask any questions you want about your role and the company.
