2 rounds of behavioral interviews; Round 1 was inperson with 2 interviews of 30 min each with 1 interviewer per round, both have been Sr. Manager, Special Projects role before. Round 2 was with the HR manager, behavioral as well. It was more for them to tell me about the company + the role. Final round is a 1hr45min interview where you'll be given a case to do for 1 hr then present to the Head of Special Projects. Very fast turnaround on decisions and moving to next steps.

Most of the questions focus on seeing how you fit with the company values; e.g. tell me about a time you X. Trick question @ the end of if you could do anything, what is a new strategy you'd suggest for HelloFresh.
