I probably would not recommend a friend to apply. The interview process is fairly transparent, just time-consuming and almost not worth the experience. First, they ask for a 30-minute screen call with HR. If successful you'll move on to a 1-hr meeting w/ the hiring manager, and another HelloFresh team member. Questions are fairly basic for the role itself. If successful again, you'll receive an assignment. (Note: they say you will not have to present the assignment, but they will ask you questions...so the same experience as actually presenting) As for the case itself, it is a basic business case, where the potential employer "HelloFresh" gives you a real-life future scenario they will experience. They ask you to do research and provide them with creative ideas. The assignment should take you anywhere from 2-6 hours to complete. If you proceed to the "presentation" of the assignment, I believe there is one more stage afterwards.

Very long process with multiple rounds. Included phone screen, hiring manager, team, technical, etc. They did not prep you for the technical piece and they will test you on the spot during a regular behavior interview by giving case studies
