The first interview was a 30 minute screening video call with a Talent Acquisition Partner, where I was able to share my experience and skills. The second stage was a case study that was sent to me to prepare and present on a video call, as well as some competency and behavioural questions related to the role. I was kept in the loop at each stage and overall it was a well structured, positive experience.
