30 minute phone call to talk about relevant experience in operational excellence. Discussed Lean principles. Was very interested in experience in the end to end supply chain. The interviewer was very nice, no technical questions. Mostly looking at personality fit within the company and your relevant experience to operational excellence

They asked about my experience with operational excellence. Also if I am familiar and have used Agile and lean principles.
Long, a lot of steps initially with HR and then with the hiring team. Required a case study on Excel which you had two hours for. Last step is a culture interview
