I was contacted through email and asked some questions, after finding the job post online. I am still not sure if it was interview or part of a weeding process for prospective candidates. I was asked to review their culture book in the set of questions asked. I was surprised by the lenght of it (easily 100+ pages) and the content which seemed to go by the work hard play hard dynamic. While it is definitely a very energetic company i wasnt sure i was the right fit as i dont drink (they highlighted many events around it) and was searching for some kind of work life balance. Despiste not revealing this feelings, as i was still curious about the company, they must have been obvious as I was told my answers to the questions didnt appear convincing enough and that they would move on to more high achieving, motivated candidates. (Fair enough) they also wished me luck in my future career and were polite.
