I called to inquire about hiring, dropped off my resume, and the doctor called me without two days, I came in for an interview, one on one with the male doctor, who seemed nice. The female doctor came in briefly, and asked me personal questions about my family life, and then left. I was under the impression I was being hired for a back office position, but when I started, I found out that there was no back office. It was all retail. It was one interview, and then he called later that day to offer me the job. The turn over is VERY high there, so I suggest applying, even if they're not hiring. However, I would not recommend working there.
