after a chat with a hiring recruiter, an engineer and I pair programmed, the setup was very good, with a shared space to code and a webcam to chat on another tab, the interviewer was nice, helpful. The test was OK, but I don't feel it could test my skills in depth, and is not something I would do on a day to day basis (I would do it differently)
