Had to interviewers. One was nice and professional, but the other was snotty. While talking about my background he rolled his eyes when I mentioned somewhere prestigious. Really put me off for the rest of the interview.

How do you decide what to include in a statistical model.

Colloquio
The interview lasted one hour and included a behavioral section followed by a mock questionnaire exercise. In the exercise, I conducted a simulated interview by asking the provided questions and recording the participant's responses. Afterwards, I was sent an email and was given 15 minutes to complete a form summarizing their answers and to respond to a written prompt explaining why medical information should remain confidential.
They included an interactive portion of the interview where had to conduct questionnaire and fill out a follow up document with answers (using their scoring system). In addition, I also had to answer basic questions (regarding skills, future career, etc).
