Process was very quick. I knew a former coworker who works at Henderson and had asked to forward my resume to the hiring manager. My resume was routed to a recruiter who contacted me for an initial screening. Unfortunately, the conversation was uncomfortable and the recruiter came across as unprofessional. Although my resume was eventually passed along to the hiring managers, the experience left a negative impression, and I chose not to move forward with the interview process. The interaction made me question the company’s culture.

interview was during covid online interview. two online interviews one by yourself and one with someone else. the first interview was a one way where questions showd up on the screen the second was on zoom.
