The interview was scheduled very quick. One interview with hiring manager then one interview with seminar following by multiple interviews with the team. Most questions are technical and not too difficult but the level of difficulty is quite similar to the interview I had at big pharma. I had very positive interaction with the team. Hiring manger and other seniors in the team have a lot of experience in the industry. The company was reconstructed recently with multiple capable people just joined the company including the new president. Got an offer but end up did not take it because I had other competing offer that aligns better with my career direction.
