I had an interview with my future Boss. In my case, they skiped the step with HR interview, because they wanted to hire intern asap. Normally, you will have an interview with HR before. It was very nice, I did not receive any difficult questions or professionaly oriented question, it was more about my motivation and why I would like to work there

Your expectations? How your previous experience/knowledge can help you now
HR person was nice, overall process went smooth but the initial waiting result was too long. Too many rounds. Even after I answered the question, they rejected me without any valid justification. The question was unclear to me.
2 rounds of interviews, and they are all really kind and nice. Some basic questions like introduce yourself, why company why position, tell a time that ..... and the process is really smooth

The interview is a 30-minute call with an HR representative where you run through your curriculum and show your motivation to join the company. They ask you to name at least one of Henkel’s brands.
