- 1-on-1 call with manager
- Onboarding with other interns and the department
Only one interview with the manager, he was very nice and friendly, he took the time to talk about henkel and the work environment before asking questions about me. It was a positive experience. No surprises.

Screening online CV, email ricevuta dopo alcune settimane, invito ad una video interview di 1h con 2 managers. Domande motivazionali, test excel (grafici, tabelle e %), domande sull'azienda, presentazione dell'azienda, ufficio e posizione.
processo di selezione suddiviso in 3 steps: colloquio con HR, colloquio con managers e colloquio con head of marketing. Dal primo contatto alla fine della selezione è passato circa un mese.
