Very friendly interview. There are three people in the meeting room. Just like tell me about yourself and what is the most challanged problem you have faced and how you solve it.

The interview process was very good and through. Various question based on my CV were asked, noting out of the box. The interviewers were very polite and explained the in depth functioning of the department.

I was first contact for a phone interview (in English) in which I had to introduce myself to the interviewer, who after I finished introduced to me the company and it's activities in Egypt and gave me a brief intro about the location and the title of the job I was applying for and told me, If I passed the phone interview phase, I'll be contacted for a HR interview at Henkel premises in new Cairo, Which happened a week later that I was invited to the HR interview. However, I wasn't contacted after the HR interview either with acceptance or rejection.
