I sent an initiative application with my cv and portfolio. I was invited for interview quite promptly. I had to wait like half an hour for the person who did interview with me. It was only one person, he was asking common questions, nothing surprising. Atmosphere was relaxed and easygoing.

- Friendly interview that lasted about an hour with a Senior Architect. - Introduced the company, the role and discussed about my skills for it. - I got automatic replies (copy paste) email that I was not selected, not from the interviewer or responsible HR, but other HR people for the positions I had applied. Poor recruting process.
