I Filled out a lengthy application. The in person interview was basically a tour of the facility. Have to do a Pre employment drug screen and physical. An overall lengthy but easy process

a walk through the factory, been asked a couple questions, asked the interviewer questions as well, wasn't given detailed explanations about what they do, wasn't told where I will work upon being hired
