Recruiter contacted me and reviewed experience on a 30 minutes call, within a week the recruiter organized an onsite visit to the plant with the Controls and Maintenance Manager. Walkthrough of the plant, machines and explanation of duties, compensation and benefits. Overall I had a good feedback and understanding of the position through the process. I did not accept the offer because I accepted a concurrent one.
