Phone interview that led to an in person interview. According to the owner, the company received 300 resumes to review in the process of hiring a new accountant. They had not had one since January 2015. My resume was one of 6 that they decided to contact about bringing the books up to date and review for tax return submission.

How did I feel about fixing poor financial records as theirs were in very bad shape? When was I available? How comfortable was I working in a noisy environment or did I prefer it a bit quieter?
