May the Applicant BEWARE! I Initially applied and interviewed for a Project Engineer, by the 2nd interview (and without telling me) my credentials were lowered and I interviewed for an Entry Level Field Engineer. Without telling me, credentials were disqualified from the construction division and reviewed for the facilities services division.
Lastly, Between seeing their office, executive board, and their employees at a job site, Hensel Phelps has a SERIOUS diversity problem! Minorities should consider applying else where.

The interview process was very simple. They came to my college career fair and reached out to me asking to speak to them during that day. After a conversation at the table, they asked me to sign up for an interview. I interviewed the next day with four people in the room asking me various questions about how I would deal with various scenarios.

A ten minute call talking about the project and company. It was nice. The interviewer was a nice project manager that told me about the work that they do and asked me about my background.
