Shout out to Morgan May! Please don't ghost your candidates even if you decide not to move forward with them after 2+ rounds of interviewing. It's disrespectful to any candidate to provide no update after putting in hours to prep, travel on-site, and interview.

Round Robin type interviews. So mentally prepare to do about 4~5 interviews over a few hours. Some interviewers felt almost identical but some really wanted to get to know you and hear your career story.
I attended the career fair and was able to secure a next-day interview. I had an hour-long interview where I was asked questions about myself and my experience, and I was able to ask multiple questions.
