The interview process was okay but on the second stage you will be expected to invest plenty of time and effort preparing a presentation based on a very poor and incomplete brief. However, you will be judged on minor details and on elements that you could have included in the presentation but weren’t required in the brief. They didn’t offer me the job. Even though I spent more than 5 hours working and preparing the presentation for the second round interview, they didn’t send a single line of feedback. I emailed them to ask for it and was ignored. I find it unacceptable to be ghosted after committing to a process with no closure.
