Had 3 different interviews (two in remote, one on site). None of them was a real technical interview, bust just some discussions. My experience and technologies were clearly written in my CV and reported multiple times through all the different interviews. I received a refuse after my third on site interview because they thought that the different technologies could have impacted my learning curve and required more time for me to learn, plus it seems that my experience which comes from a well-structured IAM team (that for me always seemed a plus) looks like a problem for them. I just don’t get why they pushed for me to do three different interviews if these were the real reasons.
