Very strange, didn't really introduce the company or ''sell'' the job role. Some questions were very bizarre and when I asked about the job role, they didn't have a clear answer as if they don't know about the company they work for. Seems as if there wouldn't be any support or progression as well.

Strange experience. First interview was over the phone. Was asked questions that seemed irrelevant to the job role. Asked about the day to day tasks the job would entail and felt like they didn’t know. After rearrangements on both parts, didn’t get a chance to complete my final interview after sending them the task they requested as they went with another candidate. Overall negative process, unorganised and unclear.
