Process was easy. Filled application and did 2 interviews. They will hire almost anyone if tell them you have an open schedule, take whatever salary they give you and have any customer service experience even if you sold apples on the side of the road. These are the ingredients to getting hired.

Are you okay with working overnight and holidays ?
It was pretty simple. The first interview was a phone interview with a lower level HR person basically just to go over salary and stuff to make sure you're okay with what they're offering, then in-person interview with the area manager, then HR again. Then a drug test.
