Throughout the interview process, from internal employees and external parties, I kept hearing that the culture is not great and needs significant improvement. After four rounds and being told by the hiring manager that I would hear about next steps within a week, the Company ghosted me. I am not upset about not getting an offer, as I'm sure they received a good selection of candidates. However, when I followed up with the recruitment department to get an update, and received a "non-update, update", and continued to hear silence several weeks after, it told me why the company culture has a bad rep.
