15 min phone interview with the recruiter, basic logistics questions. The recruiter said that the hiring manager really wanted to connect with me so he sent over a link for me to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. The interview was then set up successfully, but a day before the interview, I received a notification from Hertz careers that my interview was canceled. I sent an email to the recruiter to see if we could set up another interview and asked if there was an explanation, however, there were no follow-ups from the recruiter. Well, that tells you something about the company's culture.

Recruiter screen and then several rounds with multiple stakeholder teams scheduled through a candidate portal. The candidate portal was buggy and shows to schedule a new interview even if that interview has already happened. Typical product manager role description that is vague and shows that the company clearly doesn't know what they are looking for. To add, the recruiter description of the role and team was different from the hiring manager.

Standard process with typical PM questions asked. Seemed somewhat disinterested. Got a decent sense of the company and the relevant product initiative. Not particularly inspiring. Would be unlikely to apply again.
