Applied on line. Manager called with the phone interview on the spot (no appointment). Very professional. Received an offer shortly after the interview. Conducted salary negotiations with recruiter. Whole process worked very well.

The interview was not difficult; basic behavioral questions were asked, and tell me about some former job experiences sort of questions. There was also an initial group phone call with the regional manager and the local manager asking about former projects worked on.
