Started off with an email to the Company and asking for an interview since the ATS had rejected my resume. The bad thing about ATS system is that it doesn't ask you in depth questions pretty much like the recruiter for the company that interviewed me. It was just a formality and dry interview since I by passed his team, so the recruiter wasn't happy about that. I have more than enough experience in the PPE sector to sell a very limited safety equipment they carry. After our dry interview and nothing about my experiences or product knowledge we came to a close and he said I'm meeting on Thursday and we will be going over who we want to move forward(THAT WAS A LIE!), the next day I get an email from his saying thank you and then a generated email from the company. I've done VIM, VM, sold to large scale Construction Co, Medical, Electronic, Co, Meta fab and more but still didn't qualify, AMAZING isn't it?! I even emailed the Company about the interview but of course crickets. After reading all the negative reviews from people who've interviewed for positions, I'm not surprised of the similarities. He also mentioned the pay was not what it said on the job posting, it's a lot lower and possible you could make that much and that's why he had some people decline at the end because of the pay. Amazing how his recruiter doesn't see that.
