The process consisted of two on-site interviews:
The first one was comprised of both HR and a technical interview. Both were satisfactory and proved that they had state of the art knowledge of what they were doing.
The second and final interview was relatively dull, as there was a certain level of contradiction regarding the interview method. Some questions were asked in both interviews.

Solve a modelling problem with classes (Object Oriented, Software Engineering). The problem was comprised of three classes: Person, Student and Teacher. Studentt and Teacher inherited from Person, but a student could also be a teacher in a college environment, so this create a problem.
technical questions made during the interview, not only technical but also about my personality and my hobbies. Really nice interviewers who made me feel really comfortable. It seems that the enterprise culture is really good and that the turnover is not big at all.

despues una entrevista tecnica donde una persona con mas seniority me hizo varias preguntas teoricas y sobre mi experiencing personal en otras empresas

El proceso consistió de varias entrevistas con gente de Hexacta y luego entrevistas técnicas con clientes de afuera. Te ofrecen una diferencia de sueldo en caso de que trabajes para un cliente del exterior.
