One aptitude/technical test, two technical rounds of interview and then finally a HR round. Questions are not too complicated and manageable. You will be definitely given a long rope in the interview, usually trying to identify your strengths of a person rather than your weakness....

OK, you need luck, if requirement is critical you will win. if they are looking for QA people, you dont want much knowlege. Theory knowlege and fluency in english is OK.
But for development, you can expect very good technical questins..
