While the initial interactions with the recruiter were positive, the overall experience was marred by a significant lack of communication and professionalism. Despite multiple successful interviews and strong internal references, I was inexplicably ghosted after the peer interview. Weeks passed without any update, and follow-up emails yielded only a lame excuse. This lack of transparency and courtesy is not reflective of a professional recruitment process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company, particularly when the initial outreach came from the recruiter.
