I recently cleared all interview rounds with hexaware company and was asked to submit all documents for the offer letter. Based on this, I resigned from my previous job. However, at the last moment, I was informed that my offer is on hold and another candidate has been selected. This has put me in a very difficult situation both professionally and personally. I would like to understand—who is accountable in such situations? Is it the HR team, hiring/project team, or the company as a whole? Candidates deserve transparency and responsible hiring practices.
