overall interview is good, it became bit harder when the time moves... my suggestion is... one should have knowledge on all basic technical parameters. For me it started with ITSM module basic questions, Then moved to CMDB module in that about CMDB tables, their configuration and how they are getting data, CMDB Audit and CMDB Health. from that it moved to ITOM module regarding service mapping and Event management....

Interview process was smooth and the interviewer was sweet and made me comfortable with the process. The interview went for 30 minutes and all the questions were asked from the job description itself.
