Das erste Gespräch war sehr sympathisch.
Die Case Study war seitens Firma nicht gut vorbereitet.
Das Gespräch mit den zwei Personen während der Case Study war anfangs in Ordnung. Auf einfache Gegenfragen wurde ausweichend geantwortet und ein falsches Gefühl vermittelt.

Good chat with the recruiter and VP sales.
Little beating around the bush, as Americans often do it.
They value industry experience a lot, which makes it quite hard for lateral hires.
All in all a fair concept with no BS assessments etc.
