The process began with a recruiter call, followed by an interview with the design manager, and then a case study presentation. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Since one of the interviewers couldn’t join, they asked to record the case study, which I agreed to. A few days later, I received a standard rejection email with no feedback. I followed up via email, no response. I also reached out to the design manager on LinkedIn, hoping for a short note or feedback out of courtesy after investing 2.5 hours in the process. Again, no reply. In the end, it left me wondering whether they were seriously hiring at all, or just going through the motions.
