First interview with hiring manager. Very friendly setup, nothing formal about it. She asked about specific skills (with examples from my side) that were linked to the job description. Second interview with a selection of the team. They were interested in how I work in cross-functional teams. Third interview with hiring manager and the CEO. Mostly a conversation about my fit in the company (culture, work style etc)
