All interviews were Zoom which was fairly nice. Phone screen with recruiter, then hiring manager, then take home task to present to a panel. In person interview @ the office after that. Everyone was extremely nice, and I felt totally happy to be a part of the process even though I didn’t get an offer. Only two real pieces of criticism about the process. It sometimes took them a very long time to get back to me, so some outreach in the meantime would have been nice. The recruiter was on PTO which was part of it, but that still didn’t seem like a good reason (maybe someone else could take over the candidate?). I also didn’t have any way to actually reach out to the recruiter, they only talked to me via a no-reply email address. Most recruiters are pretty casual about asking questions throughout the process, but I wasn’t able to. I had to ask someone else from the interview process for an update, and they got back to me very quickly.
